Field Day

Field Day was one day I had tried to delegate out, because it was the end of my year as PTA president and I was feeling exhausted, but they needed my help so I ended up going. It really was a fun day and Charlotte and I got to play and see all the kids.

We started out that morning with Owen's class. We stopped and had popsicles with them.

Then we volunteered in Jonah's class for the last time that morning. Like I said, we are up there ALL THE TIME. After helping in Jonah's class we decided to just stay and hang out until Field Day started that afternoon. We went out to recess with Jonah's class. This kid is such a goof sometimes.

Then I packed a lunch for Charlotte and I and we ate lunch with Jonah in the cafeteria. These two are just so fun.

And while we were there we got to see our favorite lunch worker, Olivia! So much fun. Isn't she just adorable?

After lunch it was time to head outside and meet up with Olivia's class. We were helping her class in their Field Day fun. The kids had a blast and Charlotte loved being a part of each station. There was the dunk tank, water kickball, relay races and bounce houses.

Dunk Tank.
Water Kickball.

Relay Races.
And Bounce Houses.

It was a hot day! And by the end Charlotte and I were pretty worn out, but we were happy that we had such a great day with the kids.
