We started our morning nice and early by heading downtown to Turner Field to watch Nate finish the Atlanta 1/2 Marathon. We had fun filling our pockets with acorns while we waited for Nate to cross the finish line. We got there an hour after the race started, and saw the first guy cross the finish line at 1:08!!! That’s insane... Nate beat his previous time and finished at 1:34! Go Nate!!! He had a great time. He ran with his good friend and running buddy, Shannon Hill again. It was a great way to start our day.
We headed up to the Puzeys after Nate was cleaned up, but we missed the Turkey Shoot this year. boo. We did have a great time. The meal was great, the company was great and we are Thankful for our many blessings. :)

Zoo Day
Another fun day at the zoo. This time we got FREE Tshirts just for being members. The kids always love this and then they eat dinner really well and go to bed early because they are so tired from having fun. Why don’t I live across the street from the zoo?

Ragnar Relay Tennessee
Here they are. Nate and the Chariots of Tired team. They made it through their 2 day, 200 mile relay race! Nate had a great time. He spent a lot of time organizing, preparing, training, and designing and it all paid off in the end. Here is a map of their race. They started out early Friday morning and finished on Saturday late afternoon. Nate was TIRED but happy when he finally arrived back home late Saturday night.
