Visiting Dad's Office

After all our guests for the summer left, we decided to go meet up with our daddy at his work one afternoon to play. They have a really fun game room there and after our first visit, the kids had been asking to go back. We stayed for about an hour playing video games...
and pinball...
and Air Hockey...
And Charlotte and I took this little selfie.

After all that fun we went to have our car AC fixed and sat at the dealership for 4 hours. Not as much fun. Ha!

July Little Things

Charlotte falling asleep on our road trip home from Washington. Such a little cutie.
These are a few of my favorite things from July.

We went to lunch at Costco with all the kids. This was one of MANY trips to Costco in July.
My mom making Norwegian Pancakes is one of my favorite sights ever.
Jonah drew this awesome American flag for us.
And this is Cheryl's cute birthday gift for me. Morgan made the sign.
Amy and Olivia and Charlotte jumping on the trampoline at Puzeys on one of the many days we played at their house.
One day Cheryl surprised all the kids with their own switch blade combs. Jonah demonstrates for us here.
We stopped at the $1 store and grabbed a bunch of these pool floats. The kids had so much fun with them. It was hilarious.

Charlotte and Hadley playing dress up.
I love this little mug!
Making S'mores at the Puzeys.
Jonah gave a talk on Sunday and did a great job. He talked about pioneers and honesty. Since it was Pioneer Day.

Charlotte and Hadley twinning when we went to the movies to see Dispicable Me 3.

And twinning again with their SpiderMan and Venom costumes. These two were fun to watch pal around.

Planetarium & Church History Museum

We took the kids downtown to the planetarium today. It is always so fun there. So many science lessons, which mom loves, in the form of games and fun, which the kids love. Everybody wins!

This is a computer with a rocket building and launching station. The kids played here for over an hour taking turns building rockets and seeing if they would launch.

Then we headed over to the Church history museum. We learned about how the Book of Mormon was printed.
And what the cabins they lived in were like.
We made pictures from shapes.
And built temples out of wood blocks.
Olivia and Charlotte drew pictures from the life of Jesus and hung them on the wall.

More temple building. Can you see the concentration??

There was an origami table where you could make a dove.

And from there we headed to Temple Square to walk around a bit. We took this cute picture of all the kids by the temple.

Jonah was upset because the sun was in his eyes.
Let's get in a little closer there.

Wardel Park

We decided to check out a new park today that we'd heard about from a neighbor. It's called Wardel Park and it's in Riverton. We were so glad we did! It was so cool It's a huge park with a lot of fun toys. The splash pad is enormous and the kids had fun running around and testing everything out. The weather was cloudy, so there weren't many people there, which was great! I love seeing all these cousins play together.
