Grandma & Grandpa Johannesen

My parents are in town! Hoooray!!! We are so excited to see them. We joined up with the Puzeys at the Botanical Garden and it was a beautiful day. We ended up getting a membership we enjoyed it so much.

Temple Friends

Shannon and Jamie Hill are wonderful friends. We were able to go to the temple with them when they went through the very first time and then sealed. Recently we have had the chance to start doing temple work for Shannon’s family. It has been so wonderful! Shannon is a convert and so hopefully there will be lots of work for us to do. It is so neat to be able to participate in doing family work, it makes the temple experience all the sweeter. Our hope is that one day when we are old, to be still serving in the temple with our Temple Friends.

Emily & Tyler

We were lucky enough to have Nate’s youngest sister Emily and her hubby Tyler come out to visit. We flew out to Utah last summer for their wedding. We had a great time trying to show them all things Atlanta. We: went to a braves game, hiked stone mountain, drove by Ebenezer Baptist in Sweet Auburn, went to the zoo, went to the aquarium, took them to Maddio’s, went to the Atlanta Temple. It was a fast and fun trip and we miss them already.
