Anderson Family Reunion in St. George

The day school got out, we took off for St. George for the Anderson Family Reunion this year. This was the first time we have been to St. George for a reunion and we had a lot of fun. Owen had scout camp, so Owen and Nate missed the first 2 days, but caught up with us for the last 3. We stayed in a vacation rental that was huge and fun and the kids loved all the toys. There was a movie room, an air hockey table, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and a video game arcade. In the neighborhood was a pool and a park nearby too. We had fun playing with cousins!

On Saturday some of the families went to Zions. My girls didn't want to go, but Jonah did, so he was able to spend the day with the Cornelius family exploring that awesome place.

On Sunday we went to church. I went to class with Jonah, Rosie and Evelyn. They made these cute prayer chains in class.

Then, after church we went to the St. George Temple. It is so beautiful. We checked out the visitor's center too.

Then we headed to Brigham Young's winter home. We took a tour and learned a lot about what life was like back then. The kids loved having these cute sister missionaries give them a tour. They did a great job.

Our last day we went to Pioneer Park and let the kids climb and play on the red rocks. They loved it!

And we cooled off with popsicles when we were done hiking.

It was a great time with our family who we love so much!
