OWL Camp

Owen had a really cool experience this summer. Our County Library System does some neat stuff for kids. This year they had a Hogwarts School for kids older than 10. It was a lottery system and Owen was lucky enough to have his name drawn to participate. Here is the awesome letter he received in the mail. So cool!

Here's the morning of the event. He was a little sick that day, but he didn't want to miss it so he powered through. The library was all decked out like Hogwarts and they were able to attend several classes that day. Owen was a 1st year Gryffindor. When I came to pick him up they had a candy shop to explore and a butter beer for each of us. They did such a great job and Owen had a blast.
