We had some really great Christmas programs this year at school.
Jonah's class had a fun Christmas party where they made candy houses. Charlotte and I were able to go and help with that. So much candy and so much fun.
Another day Owen's class did a Christmas program and invited all the parents. They did such a great job! This is Owen's last elementary school Christmas program.
Then a few parents were invited to the Christmas Sing-Along. Normally it is just the students and teachers. It is the cutest tradition. Santa Claus arrives and takes his seat at the front of the auditorium. All the grades sit in a huge circle, with Santa at the head, and each grade takes turns singing a Christmas song to Santa. This year a few parents were invited and we didn't get to know why. But it was awesome. One of the 1st grade teachers taught the 1st graders a dance. They practiced so hard, and managed to keep it under wraps.
It was so adorable to see them dance! I didn't know Jonah had such great moves! It was just awesome to be a part of it all.
