November Little Things

So many little things. This bar at Granite Park is for tying up horses, but the kids love to climb and swing on it during Olivia's soccer practice.

I'm not even sure what these two ate, but it looks delicious.

Olivia and her friend, Olivia Moll, love to craft. Here each they painted and decorated a letter O to decorate their rooms.

Owen's teacher has an Instagram account and I love seeing these updates during the school week.
A friend gave us this cute Barbie car and the kids have been loving it.
At Granite, we had our 40th Birthday party assembly. This year I am PTA president and so I get to be in on all the fun!

We went to the park one Sunday afternoon to enjoy the fleeting warm weather.

Here's our lunch date with Owen. He loves a Cafe Rio salad. We love this one on one time with the kids to get to talk to them and focus on them more.

I love how Olivia does her spelling each night. Rainbows and little girls just go together.

Charlotte and I went to a PTA meeting and the school had this awesome fish tank with Nemo and Dori! Charlotte was mesmerized.
More time at the park while the weather is still good. Charlotte looks so little with her scooter. Cute girl. This was literally taken the day before the next picture.
Sunny one day, and snowy the next. That is fall (and spring) in Utah!
Owen had a cool opportunity to go to an Author event sponsored by our County Library System. Brandon Mull is one of Owen's favorite authors. He put on a great presentation and then signed books. Owen was really excited to be able to meet him and get his latest book too. This kid loves to read. He devours enormous books in just days.

Not sure why I took this one, but this sweet girl is my constant side-kick and so patient with all the running around we do!
Our cousin Claire turned 1 and we went to her birthday party. Aunt Emily made the cutest pinata and the kids had a lot of fun breaking it open. We sure love living near family!

For FHE one Sunday after church we wrote little Gratitude Post Cards to our neighbors and dropped them off anonymously with a plate of cookies.

We try to focus on Gratitude in November and it helps us so much to realize all the many wonderful blessings Heavenly Father has given us.
