We decorated our tree this year a few days after thanksgiving. We invited our neighbor, Miss Beth to join us. The kids all feel this is a special occasion and like to dress for it in their own way. Owen wore his new race t shirt from thanksgiving. Olivia donned a tutu. And Jonah wanted to wear a darth vader costume (or dark saber as he calls him). It cracks me up when they do this. I love it. The kids had a great time decorating the bottom half of the tree. I haven't had the heart to rearrange it yet. I love how magical Christmas time is for kids. So magical, in act, that thy keep wondering when it's going to snow in hotlanta. It is winter after all...
