Brilliant

I love to watch Owen learn. It is especially funny when he copies something we do. Yesterday I stood him up on the counter after his bath to brush his teeth, and he grabbed a Q-tip and put it in his ear. He is then, of course, quite pleased with himself. And, admittedly, so are we. Is it dorky that we think he’s BRILLIANT because he’s figured this out? Sure. But parenthood, I am found, makes quite a fool out of you in more ways than one!
